Common Roller Door Repairs:
- Re-tensioning of the torsion springs to maintain perfect balance. Essential to avoid opener damage. The most important roller door repair.
- Centre torsion bar centralization. The colourbond curtain sheet cones and rolls up uneven if not central.
- Laser leveling of support brackets. Especially on older doors when laser levels were yet to be invented, The brackets are generally out of level and cause uneven rolling.

- Cleaning of the guides. The guides must be clean to avoid damaging the nylofelt which allows the door to run smooth in the guides. NEVER apply grease to the guides!

- Re-tensioning of the torsion springs (which lift the door) to ensure the door is balanced at all stages of travel. Very important to avoid damaging the panel door opener.
